On behalf of our client, we are looking for an:

Industrial Director (for Cameroon)

- Coordination and technical supervision of all three industrial units and its annexes (labs, offices, car park,...)
- Management and supervision of all industrial staff (around 500 employees, junior and senior staff)
- Communication with other departments, suppliers and clients
- Start-up and implementation of technological innovation programs
- Preparation and follow-up of all essential planning & statistics (production, maintenance, supply, budget, reporting,...)
- Preparation of the technical annual investment budget
- Technical studies
