Job Title:    Supply Finance Business Performance Manager

· Support the business in understanding Product costing and trends.

· Provide accurate and timely products cost information to the business to drive pricing and investment decisions.


Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is the minimum.A professional qualification like a CIMA, ACCA or CPA will be an added advantage4 to 5 years experience in industrial environment.ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Supply Finance Business Performance Manager, you should be able to:


prepare product costs (Beer and Spirits) for  Annual Operating plans and Strategic plans;Prepare monthly Supply Business Performance Packs for Group and local use with great insights on variances Vs plan and previous years;Prepare Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Risk & Opportunities on an ongoing basis and recommending actions to mitigate risks identified;Ensure the Supply Trial balance information is complete and accurate at every point in time (i.e. cost is recorded under the right activity/cost driver and the GL account;Build best in class relationship with the Supply team and help them understand cost information to drive value added operational management.CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

· Good Understanding of Performance Management,

· Knowledge of manufacturing accounting in a FMCG business will be an advantage,

· Accounting principles,

· Strong oral and written communication skills,

· Time management skills,

· A proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions,

· Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills,

· Sound IT knowledge in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint,

· A working knowledge in accounting package-SAP.

You will need also to be:

· Self starter with high levels of energy & commitment,

· Extremely well organized,

· Bilingual French / English,

· A self-starter with high levels of energy & commitment.
