Job Title: Distribution Replenishment Plan / Empties Planner
Department: Supply
Reporting to: Planning Manager

PURPOSE

§ Balance the needs of demand and supply to ensure high and consistent customer service, set against a background of changing demand forecasts and requirements for changed processes, systems and a new more effective organisation. The process covers all activities from short-term scheduling to long term planning.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s Degree or graduate caliber in Supply Chain.
· 3 years experience in planning.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsDistribution Replenishment Plan / Empties Planner, you should be able to:

· Translates production plans into tactical supply plans
· Ensure adequate stock cover of all the SKU in each VOMI.
· Formal liaison with Operations team to optimise supply chain opportunities and create overall value within the chain
· Responsible for packaging CTP in terms of empties availability
· Develop and maintain an effective relationship with Demand Planning to ensure that supply constraints are understood in Demand and that Demand requirements are understood in Supply to drive cross - functional alignment.

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:
· Excellent analytical I.T. and numerical skills, to exploit benefits of MRP.
· Outstanding team influencing and inter personal skills.
· Fundamental knowledge of the supply process from procurement to brewing/ packaging, distribution and market requirements.
· Generation of spreadsheets, building of models and ability to quickly understand complex I.T. systems like Manugistics.
· Excellent in building relationships., networking ability
· Strong Integrity and wins the trust and confidence of others
· Passionate with process improvement and attention to detail.
· Good completer/finisher and able to work under pressure to complete tasks on time and in line with overall planning processes.
· Good implementation skills
· Ability to understand and learn
· ERP software(eg SAP )
· Strong problem solving ability and skills to influence key stakeholders to take business versus functional decisions.

You will also need to be:

· Intellectually strong, but with sound and realistic judgement.
· Great communicator, orally and in writing.
· Culturally aware of different markets and able to adopt styles.
· Able to constructively challenge the status quo
· Passionate with process improvement and attention to detail.
· Good completer/finisher and able to work under pressure to complete tasks on time and in line with overall planning processes.
· Computer literate (SAP),
· Fluent English and French
