Key responsibilities/accountabilities
Under direct supervision upon completion of classroom training will be required to work either offshore or land as a second representative during drilling or completion operations.
Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Essential qualifications/requirements
Two year Technical Degree preferred. Industry experience and product line training required.
Entry level position. Employee must successfully pass instructor led drilling fluids, reservoir fluids, or environmental services classes.
The employee will also undertake computer based training, HSE and compliance training.
Preferred qualifications/requirements
Basic understanding of the applications of Drilling Fluids and the duties of a Drilling Fluids
Engineer. Good mechanical aptitude. Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
