Job Title: HR Business Partnership Manager – Other Functions
Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: Human Resources Director

No of positions: 01Contract: Permanent

PURPOSE

To partner with functional leadership team on the delivery and achievement of business goals through execution of the People Agenda. Use the organisation and people drivers of talent management, reward management and organisation effectiveness to improve assigned functions performance year on year and beat our relevant competition.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Degree level qualification

* 3 – 5 years business experience, preferably HR

* Experience of change management techniques would be benefit.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsHR Business Partnership Manager – Other Functions, you should be able to:

· Assist with effective implementation of talent management processes for assigned function, including P4G, OPR, Succession Planning, Mentoring & Breakthrough Performance Coaching.
· Provide and implement recommendations to actively attract and retain talented and capable individuals through recruitment, selection, learning and development interventions.
· Build and implement specific actions against key O&P review deliverables & Support functional heads in organisation design reviews.
· Provide input to Talent & OE and Service Delivery team during the design/development phase of HR initiatives and Facilitate the communication of Values survey results.
· Interpret and implement HR policies, ensuring achievement of our preferred employer aspiration.
Performs other duties as required

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

· Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organisation & People Agenda.
· Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
· Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills.
· Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.
· Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
· Broad awareness and empathy for Talent, Reward and Organisation Effectiveness agendas.
· Proven ability to deliver through influencing others
· Creative mind and outstanding written and verbal communications skills
· An ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and French
