Country Director - Cameroon

This leading UK INGO are looking for a multi-talented, experienced international development professional to take up the reins of a diverse and rapidly changing programme portfolio in their Cameroon office.

We are looking for someone who can take this extremely compelling, but challenging, role and drive it to reach its full potential. Someone who is a true leader, who can strategically manage the country office but who also has a broad range of experience and isn’t afraid to get involved in the nuts and bolts when they need to.

In order to be successful in this role you will;

- Need to be able to demonstrate robust leadership experience in a similar international role

- Have significant experience of generating funds from institutional donors

- Have significant management experience within a similar development organisation

- Have experience of change management within an international context

- Be able to speak French fluently
