Project Manager in High Power Line Plant FO Cable (ADSS) Project
a Project for the Supply and Installation of an ADSS optic fibre cable on High Power Plant in Republic of Cameroun
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Management of this type of Project. He will be responsible for implementation of the Contract with respects to the targets such as schedule, cost , quality, for the best satisfaction of the Client .
The Project Manager Will Be responsible for :
- To define and adapt the organisation of the Project in line with the requirement
- To select, build and maintain a Project team , to assign the position and defined responsibilities, including for the subcontractors.
- To define , adapt and correct as required the strategy of implementation.
- To define, develop and maintain a strategic relation ship with the Client, understand the Client environment, to define interfaces and identified the Client responsibilities.
- To define and follow up the Key Performance indicators of the Project (planning, cost , quality, …) to reach the Project objectives.
- To implement the use of the Project management tools, methods and process, as defined by Alcatel Lucent policies, for the benefit of the Project.
- To define, update and distribute the Project reporting to Alcatel Lucent Management and to the Client.
Graduated as Engineer level from Engineering University, preferably in Electrical field, the PM shall have the following professional background :
- A good experience , with a minimum of 3 to 5 years , in the installation of cables on High Power Line Plant.
- A good experience in Project Management ( 3 to 4 years ) with competences in operations as well as commercial to deal with customer.
- A good capacity to manage human teams.
- Knowledge of FO cable such as OPGW, MASS, ADSS , …
