E&I Maintenance Lead, OilExec


The duration of the job is ongoing on 4/4 rotation.

Brief Description of Roles & Responsibilities:
?Manages the Maintenance Department.
?Point-of-contact between Client and Maintenance Department.
?Overall management responsibility for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department.
?Receives work instructions from client's Maintenance Area Supervisor or designated representatives.
?Plans, co-ordinates and supervises all aspects of the department which presently comprises Rigging/Scaffolding/Transport, Piping/Mechanical, and Instrument/Electrical sections; including any associated subcontracts.
?Provides training, supervision, mentoring and guidance to staff
?Ensures appropriate technical standards are met or exceeded
?Ensures compliance with client's safety and environmental standards, procedures, policies, work plans, priorities, and internal and external audits; including OIMS HSE management system.
?Able to manage and supervise the installation of minor construction projects.
?Performs other duties and activities as requested by client.
?Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures including the wearing of required personal safety equipment and clothing.

Person Specification:
Technical/ Business Skills
?Extensive knowledge of respective industry standards and current best practice maintaining petrochemical production and pipeline facilities.
?Fluent spoken and written English, with strong report writing skills.
Computer literate on Windows-based applications.

Interpersonal skills:
?Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Competencies:
?Must be self motivated, able to perform without direct supervision
?Methodical, thorough, proactive.
?Thorough and reliable worker.
?Self motivated.
?Teamwork and quality are essential.
?No cultural barrier.
?Committed to further development on craft, plant systems, procedures and Competency Assurance Requirements.

Experience:
?Overseas experience desirable
?Experience in leading and developing a multi-national workforce preferable

Educational Attainments:
?Relevant technical qualification from a recognized higher institution, preferably Bachelor?s degree.
?Preferably chartered or professional engineer.
?SAP/IPES experience desirable
