I am looking for someone to programme and design an online clothing store.Apart from the regular features of a boutique, the store should have this payment option
* customers can pay cash upon reciept, so on the payment page, there should be the option "pay on delivery", if clicked, the customer is asked to type in an adress and a delivery date and time range.
the reason is, i am based in cameroon and people here are more accustomed to this type of payment as not everybody has a credit card.
also, customers will gain points upon purchase, and should be able to exchange points for gifts in the boutique's gift shop;
