Job Title: FBS Coordinator – Guinness Cameroon Hub

PURPOSE

* Ensure FBS is coordinated to deliver Guinness Cameroon’s financial targets and performance promise. This means providing service to the customers at the optimum cost. Work with the warehouse manager to generate both the strategy to improve the effectiveness of the Customer Service and immediate financial year plans for the Customer Services Department.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Degree qualifictaion or equivalent with a 3 years working experience on stock Management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsFBS Coordinator – Guinness Cameroon Hub, you should be able to:

* Build and maintain effective partnerships both with internal stakeholders (Sales & Marketing), and external stakeholders (3rd party suppliers, and external customers) including reducing lead times, inventory targeting and management, and protecting quality of finished product through the distribution network.

* Engage, lead and develop people at the FBS by releasing their potential. Develop ‘world class performance’ (for quality, safety, service and cost) and create opportunities for competitive advantage, Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

· Working knowledge and experience of customers service agenda
· Ability to coach and develop others

* Business experience particularly in physical distribution activities; with a depth of capability in logistics and customer management / process design and development an advantage

* Ability to take commercial insights and translate into performance to grow the business.

* Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.

* Analytical, interpretative and decision making skills within a highly dynamic process environment.

· Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (internal and external)
· Business awareness around value creation

* Experience with SAP and other business systems will be an advantage.

You will also need to be:

· A good communicator
· Able to face new challenges.
· Results –oriented and focus attention on key issues
· Credible with key internal and external partners.
· Available and Honest.
· Dynamic and committed
· Team player
· Fluent English and French
