PURPOSE

· To implement and maintain a maintenance planning system and to provide a maintenance planning service to all manufacturing customers so that line availability and efficiency is maximized, breakdowns are minimized and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree with 3 years experiences.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsPackaging Mechanical Planner, you should be able to:

· Plan and prepare all maintenance operations, visit and lubrication.
· Train/coach customers and suppliers on the purpose and usage of the maintenance system so that they are competent to use the maintenance system and reports effectively
· Actively develop oneself to achieve career goals and to optimise individual and unit performance/ productivity
· Write and update work instructions to assure continuity in performance of the usage of the maintenance system and for reference, training and audit purposes
· Audit maintenance documentation and work completed in order to protect the integrity of the maintenance system, data and documentation
· Liaise with Storekeepers and ensure that MRP system is fit for purpose
· Act as Master Data co-ordinator, ensuring that master data in SAP is up to date and accurate.
· Be responsible for the reporting of key performance indicators and act to ensure that they are achieved
· Plan major annual maintenance operations and overhauls by specifying the required data for the equipment.
· Monitor and follow-up the maintenance cost for his area.
· Monitor the stock level in the store and receive goods in the store for non stock items
· Be in charge of technical documentation management.
· Assist the Asset care Engineer to define and implement Asset care Strategy
· Provide monthly and weekly schedule planning in relation with production teams and engineers
· Consolidate and share required reports for Engineering as part of the supply BPM
· Review of equipment listing site-wide and close gaps
· Participate to Internal quality audits
· Implementing workload and planning requirement from AMIS audit under asset care Engineer
CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:
· Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (internal and external)
· Business awareness around value creation
· Knowledge on planning, orders with Stores Managers parts for planned maintenance
· High interpersonal effectiveness to develop & sustain robust relationships
· Highly proactive and good sense of anticipation
· Good understanding of Reliability Centred Maintenance
· Experience in a technical competence area including CMMS system.
· Cost reduction awareness
· High influencing skills

· Credible with key internal and external partners.
· Team player
· Fluent English and French
