Sales Manager

Position: The Sales Manager in charge of developing a network of dealers.
Job location: Doula Cameroon

Responsibilities / Job description
• Develop the company's business and take new orders;
• The establishment and development of the project dealer.
• Search for dealers
• Establish a relationship and communication between the dealers and the company;
• Define and develop the strategy and trade policy operations of the concession;
• Determine the objectives and the means to be in place for a defined area (company, product line, brand, geographic area ...).
• Coordinate and facilitate networks and / or sales teams for that scope.
• Analyze and understand the organization of the company he joined, his areas of development and its positioning in terms of offers;
• Gather as much information about the product, distribution channels, customers, competition, market, advertising campaigns earlier;
• Identify and provide marketing and promotional activities to different dealers;
• It is involved in corporate strategy. It guarantees the development of commercial activities on a national or international level;
• Understand the market segments in which his company is changing its position and analysis (audit of existing);
• Conduct, coordinate and control all business activities to ensure that commitments are met. This implies in particular the coordination of commercial and pre-sales engineers on business;
• It guarantees the priority management;
• Manage the profitability of the business and prepare action plans with a view to long-term growth;
Profile
- Hold a university degree (BAC + 3 marketing, communication, commercial activities)
- Have a professional experience of which at least 05 years
- Having the qualities of "leadership", the sense of coordination and organizational and personal qualities (self-reliance, dynamism and efficiency)
- Possess management capacity (reactivity, analysis, anticipation) and communication (synergy, negotiation, management).
- Have a taste for human contact in order to work with people from very different professional backgrounds and leading sales teams;
- Be imaginative, express themselves clearly both orally and in writing (Bilingual French and English would be an asset), and a strong advocate of his ideas while having a good sense of listening and analysis;
