Microsoft (China) is seeking a HR program manager who is responsible for driving PRC level central HR programs, ROB and responsible for overall effective and execution of the business initiated HR programs.

Specific Responsibilities to include:

l Provides ownership on a broad spectrum of HR programs. Collaborates effectively with the HRBP to build and drive projects and programs and to ensure program goals are met:

l Acts as the program champion by working with POC, HRBP and other stakeholders to drive the initial planning and execution of talent programs initiated by business

l Leads HR core programs including but not limited to : Annual performance review, rewarding programs, streamline the HR process, Employee skill forum, Employee engagement session, poll survey rolling out.

l Drive ROB in SMSG China HR team, tracking and taking lead on the execution of people KPI and scorecard.

l Taking lead of HR planning process, set up measures and analyzes for the purpose of improving overall people target in MS China.

l Acts as contact point to the broader HR team for planning, feedback session

Requirements:

l Must have a bachelor's degree at a minimum.

l 8 years' experience in HR, ideally in a multinational company

l Excellent English in both oral and written

l Strong competencies in systems thinking, project management, drive for results and cross group collaboration.

l An approachable personal style, effective problem solver, ability to deal effectively with change and conflict and excellent planning and organizational skills.

l Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.

l Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills.

l Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.

l Result oriented and can handle multiple tasks effectively at the same time
