Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Department: SUPPLY
Reporting to: Production and Service Engineer
Level: 9
No of positions: 1Contract: Permanent

PURPOSE
· To support operations and quality assurance teams to brew and package beer at customer service levels, quality conformance.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

· Higher National Diploma (DUT/ BTS) or equivalent in engineering maintenance or related field with 3 years relevant experience in industrial environment.
· GCE “Advanced” level and Technical specialized certificate with 4 years experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Mechanical Supervisor, you should be able to:

· Coordinate all maintenance activities to achieve maintenance effectiveness of 90%
· Drive asset care availability and reliability of plants while remaining cost effective
· Analyse all the KPI and proposed recommendations to his line Manager
· Coordinate the execution of walkabout the global process result

* Participate at the elaboration of maintenance planned

* Ensure that preventive maintenance is done

* Ensure the quality of maintenance

* Give weekly report of the status of the equipments

* Drive asset care availability and reliability of plants while remaining cost effective

* Coordinate the execution of walkabout the Global Process results

* Follow up the development of your team

* Create & Review notifications

* Convert notifications to Work Orders and assign

* Allocate Parts, Stock, Non stock, services against Work Order

* Complete & Confirm Work Order

* Access reports from SAP to monitor and ensure Plant Maintenance efficiency

CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:

* Abasic understanding of estimating procedures in using estimates within set parameters

* Good sense of analysis

· Good understanding of the technical processes within a specific working field in defined parameters
· Ability to use given techniques to collect and present relevant technical data/information on processes or systems

* Knowledge of world class manufacturing techniques & standards.

· Good planning and organisational skills
· Structured problem evaluation & solving skills.
· Experience in establishing framework of standards and compliance systems

You will also need to be:

* Committed to results,

* Computer literate

* Bilingual English / French.
