Our Client ? This international E & P has been operating in Cameroon for more than twenty years in the upstream sector and is looking for a Cameroon national Assistant Drilling Supervisor to contribute their skills toward the assets of their home country.
Job Description ? The Assistant Drilling Supervisor will assist the Well Site Manager and Senior Drilling Supervisor with directing and prioritising daily activities of the onsite well work team including the daily program and verifying all daily work performance record. You will supervisor all contract service personnel and ensure safety and environmental standards are maintained together with the continuous improvement of Drilling, Workover and Completions performance of the company.
Candidate Requirements ? This client requests for Cameroon nationals who have a Degree or HND in Engineering or equivalent experience with 5 or more years of experience of drilling operations to be based at the drilling site.
