PURPOSE

1. To manage the performance of the end to end spirits supply chain for ARM, West Africa.
2. To ensure thedevelopment of supply chain capability and processes to deliver sustainable performance.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Graduate in relevant discipline e.g. business, supply chain, logistics.

* Minimum 5 years supply chain management experience, with at least 2 years at management level

ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsAfrica Regional Market West Africa Spirits Supply Manager, you should be able to:

· Manage performance of the end to end supply chain to guarantee excellent customer service levels through the effective import, delivery and distribution of spirits
· Manage the financial performance of the supply chain – total market COGS and inventory.
· Manage supply chain processes for demand planning, inventory, OTC, S&OP, innovation, brand change and import/export.
· Build local capability and knowledge in the spirits supply chain
· Manage the relationship with in country commercial teams on all customer service issues and finance teams on credit/AR issues.
· Manage the relationship with supply centres and procurement for the delivery of products.

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

* Experience in driving change and sustainable performance improvement

* Experience of implementing supply chain processes and customer service operations

* Ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation

* Sufficient drive and resilience to achieve results in a complex environment

* Cultural awareness and the realities of working in a developing economy

* Willingness to locate to West Africa
