Sales Development Manager

University Degree in business or related field.
4 years track record in a middle ranking Sales / Marketing / Customer facing role
ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.        Achieves volume, share, distribution and rate of sales targets by territory.

2.       Ensures SDRs  journey plans  will achieve customer callage targets

3.       Drives team to correctly Map outlets to OCS segments. Identifies opportunities and activity plans targeted to segments

4.       Ensures appropriate annual business plans with clear partner strategies that are aligned to GCSA strategy, with Quarterly evaluations including financial. 

5.       Consolidates and evaluates market intelligence, own and competitor activity. Extracts key themes for use in future planning. Feeds into Marketing plans

6.       Effective planning and management of Promotional resources & Capability development of promotions team

7.       Management of third party agencies/partners

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

·         Detailed grasp of Territory Management

·         Journey planning techniques

·         Persuasive selling

·         High Performance Coach skills

·         Searches & spins consumer/customer insights.

·         An awareness of customers, market & competitor trends - recognizes the impact of these on the business. 

·         A good understanding of brand and commercial goals and refers to them in the targeting of sales driver activities

You will also need to be:

·         Skilled in working within and with other functions, delivering results through cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, supply and corporate relations

·         Conversant with DWS terminology

·         Healthy and physically fits

·         Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

·         Good driver with a valid license.

·         Bilingual French / English
