Deputy Head of Loan Operations
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the processing teams in Wholesale Banking which include credit operations, loan operations, insurance operations as well as agency operations.Day-to-day operations of commercial loan transactions as well as processing of legal and security documentation.Coordinate with other divisions and vendors to ensure successful delivery of related servicesAble to formulate system and work processes and process improvements for a holistic approach to operational requirements.
Key Requirements
At least 10-15 years experience in lending, loan operational processes and possesses areas of expertise in wholesale credit and loan operations, and syndication loans agency operations, regulatory and legal compliance.Sound knowledge of lending, credit, treasury and trade financing, regulations and legal guidelinesProven track record in managing a sizeable operation team in corporate loans, bilateral and syndicated loans, and knowledge of relevant application systems.Well-developed leadership, communication, interpersonal and organization skillsBachelor degree in related discipline.Currently based in Singapore
