PURPOSE

* Good management of full stock according to Diageo standard and Sales target.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* GCE A level. Logistics or accounting related qualification.

* A minimum of one year working experience, with good knowledge of inventory.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsFBSStorekeeper, you should be able to:

* Manage inventory and control of finish goods.

* Ensure efficient support to packaging lines with provision of adequate storage space for finished goods.

* Develop and maintain warehouse and inventory management best practices in accordance with Diageo Warehouse management standards.

* Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting of stock take to FBS Coordinator.

* Manage vehicle utilisation and efficiency, achieve target turn-round and journey times in the breweries to maximise operational efficiency to support the downstream supply chain activities.

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

* A potential for development

* A combination of functional expertise, intellectual insights.

* Good capabilities in inventory control and management, safety, security and services.

* Good interpersonal skills

* Excellent communication skills.

* Comprehensive understanding of business operations

* Good knowledge of GCSA and its products

You will also need to be:

* Bilingual English / French

* Honest and proactive.

* A good user of office software (Word and Excel)

* Sociable, approachable and tactful
