A medium size professional garage is looking for a workshop manager / supervisor.
The preferred candidate will be responsible for:
Streamlining workshop operations while ensuring high standards and compliance and maintaining profitability of the garage.Allocating tasks to staff, introducing a time management structure to minimize loss of time and ensure increased productivity.Responsible for co-coordinating the cost effective procurement of all spare parts from suppliers, controlling inventories of spare parts and other workshop supplies.Maintaining existing clients and procuring new ones.Qualifications and Experience
The preferred candidate is a qualified mechanic with at least 3 years in garage management.
