Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager, Guinness Cameroun S.A.

Contract: permanent

PURPOSE

Lead, motivate, train and develop the Regional Team in order to deliver Volume, Share, Distribution and profit targets expressed through the Trade Strategy and one plan.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·University Degree in business or related field and at least 5 years track record in a middle ranking Sales / Marketing / Customer facing role.

·Sales or relevant industry related experience in FMCG, ideally beverage industry, with proven experience in Sales leadership.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Divisional Sales Manager will able to:

·Lead the development and implementation of the GCSA Organisation and People strategy

·Manage, motivate, train and coach the 1st line managers through inspiring leadership.

·Generate a strong culture of development / evaluation through Accompaniment and Audit.

·Build clear Personal Development Plans to enhance performance and individual growth.

·Translate the Commercial Plan into individual objectives for 1st line managers.

·Coach the teams to develop motivating Customer Propositions.

·Attend key customer meetings to provide weight and advice.

CAPABILITIES

You will need to:

·Deeply explore information and challenge others to uncover consumer / customer needs & motivations.

·Select the most relevant information to generate insights that unlock growth. Implementation remains true to the insight.

·Be at ease with DWBB/DWS terminology

·Use all sources of OCS information to uncover growth opportunities and drive the prioritization of brands v commercial activity

·Coach others in the value & application of OCS

·Be able to identify and articulate customer/market/ competitor information to report on & input to future Trade Strategy.

·Prioritize and targets brand and commercial activities using clear segmentation.

·Plan and organize resources to facilitate the delivery of goals

·Drive the organization to produce ambitious 18-month commercial plans, which are aligned to brand GAME Plans, addressing future customer requirements, competitor strategies and meet brand goals

·Engage with senior contacts to gain long-term support to our mutual benefits.

·Be highly skilled in fostering commitment and resolving conflict.

·Be able to handle tough situations through advanced negotiation skills and effective, collaborative cross- functional team working.

·Be a passionate ambassador of the Managing Relationships capability

You will also need to be:

·A great coach to lead and develop your team

·A good communicator

·Dynamic and committed

·Credible with external and internal partners;

·Computer literate (Microsoft office),

·A good driver with a valid License,

·Bilingual English / French
