Well Test Supervisor – Cameroon

We are currently working with a global well services provider with operations in Cameroon. Our client is seeking an experienced Well Test Supervisor for operations.

The right candidate will have the following experience:
· Minimum 5 Years Subsea experience.
· At least completion and certificates of school education.
· Completion of training requirements established by global or local management.
· Completion of competence requirements as a Senior Operator and demonstrated ability to perform in role.
· Good interpersonal, mentoring and training skills.
· Self motivated and can work independently with little supervision.
· Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations.
· Computer skills including MS Office and Company software.

Main Duties and responsibilities:
· Ensure a safe and healthy environment at the worksite through the effective application of the Company’s HSEQC systems.
· Ensure that all crew understand and comply with Rig specific safety standards / culture.
· Be responsible for running the job at the well site and the safe and effective management of any change.
· Establish and maintain an effective relationship with the well site customer representatives to ensure good two way communication and customer expectations are clearly understood.
· Provide supervision of the crew to ensure that all personnel in the crew have the appropriate level of supervision, knowledge and understanding of the tasks to be performed.
· Ensure coaching and development of the personnel assigned to the testing contract.
· Provide reporting / appraisals on personnel performance to ensure effective guidance and training can be given.
· Ensure that the equipment set-up, complies at all times with the Well Test planning report, any modification to be approved and well site direction and customer-related support activities.
· Perform cleaning, operational testing and pressure testing of equipment during the pre-job procedures.
· Supervise preparation and packing of all ancillary equipment prior to operation.
· Performs pre/post job equipment inspection ensuring PMS is complied with and all certification recorded in Facilitator.
· Ensure that all preventative maintenance is completed in line with client / contract requirement using rig specific planner.
· Assembles and prepares equipment for installation and service.
· Ensure that Well Test area is left in a clean and orderly condition post job and conducts preparation for the next well.
· Ensure completion of all required documentation relating to equipment and personnel in the course of the operations performed.
· Ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided including the accuracy of all data and reports provided.
· Provide evaluation / appraisals on personnel performance to ensure effective guidance and training can be given.
· Supports company strategies for maintaining and improving business by promoting Expro capability with the Customer representative.
· Identifies and communicates opportunities for business growth to onshore management, acting as the Company representative at the worksite.
