HSSE Manager- West Africa- Cameroon- Oil and Gas- E&P

Applications are invited from E&P(Oil and Gas) Sector experienced HSSE Professionals to assume HSSE Management position based in Cameroon.

The Experience and personal dynamics of appropriate candidates will be the following:

• First hand HSSE Management or HSSE leadership experience specifically in the E&P
Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas.
• The incumbent will NOT be from Project Engineering or alternative areas where they have
been involved in HSSE or coordinated but they SHOULD be in a position to demonstrate
clearly how they have designed, led and developed HSSE within E&P- Oil and Gas
• Appropriate memberships of relevant professional bodies related to HSSE
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across low to highest level
• Open and adaptable approach with a willingness to train, cross train and impact directly
• Achievement driven, and result oriented committed HSSE professional.
• This is a permanent employment and hence ideally applicants who can historically show
they are from permanent employment space will have an advantage.
. Experience of working in (HSSE function) Africa, West Africa, Central Africa or Middle
East is an advantage
