Cameroon Hub Spirits Brand Manager
The Hub Spirits Brand Manager will drive brand GAME plans and establish brilliant brand execution and measurement across the Hub.As Cameroon Hub Spirits Brand Manager, you will be responsible for: · Driving brand portfolio growth to beat plan NSV & TP and beating the competition;· Developing Hub annual marketing plans (GAME plans) for brand portfolio;· Driving advertising & media strategy/planning and “Relationship Marketing” strategy;· Working closely with the customer marketing team to drive brilliant execution at the consumer and customer level;· Developing strong effective relationships with global teams & distribution partnersA University degree or tertiary professional qualification in Social Sciences, Communications or Marketing and 5 years plus commercial experience with a minimum of 3 years in consumer marketingYou will need to have:· Analytical skills to explore options and identify optimal growth drivers.· Sound understanding and ability to interpret financial data, liaising with the Financial support team· Great relationships building aptitudes· Good communication and influencing skillsYou will also need to be:· Able to develop and assess market Insights and translate them into growth strategies· Able to recognize and evaluate a creative idea· Able to deliver outstanding projects and manage complexity within projects· Bilingual (English and French)· Fully compliant with company processes· Computer literate (Microsoft Office)· Committed to results and proactiveGuinness Cameroun is committed to meritocracy and inclusiveness and will not discriminate in recruitment, training, career development and promotion on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, gender, marital status, disability, religion or belief and age.
