Les volontaires feront des recherches électroniques pour capitaliser les informations scientifiques et techniques sur les oignons et rédigeront une fiche technique sur les oignons. Il s'agit davantage de fournir une description des processus de production et de transformation du poivre en adaptant les innovations et le matériel technique à la situation des communautés rurales.

Un aperçu des technologies réalisables en milieu paysan et de ses possibilités en tant qu'outil de développement seront accessibles en ligne. Ce travail sera fait en 1 semaine.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Les spécificités des zones rurales rendent la "technologie de pointe" non viable. Plusieurs informations existent à travers les études scientifiques. La grande partie étant présentée dans les revues et les articles scientifiques. Les informations à l'échelle paysanne sont parfois difficiles à trouver. Il apparaît clair que la capitalisation des expériences de terrain occupe une place de choix dans le programme d'ISF de renforcement des capacités humaines.

OBJECTIVE

Il s'agit de rédiger UNE fiche technique sur les oignons qui sera publié en ligne pour un accès gratuit de l'information utilitaire aux populations et un millier d'exemplaires distribué aux organisations paysannes.

CA Oil & Gas are currently seeking an Exploration Project Manager for our clients operations in West Africa.

The project is an exploration project.  Client has just signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) on for onshore exploration blocks in West Africa.  The PSC provides for an 8-year exploration work program.  The minimum commitments are for geophysical and geological studies in the first four years and for two exploration wells thereafter.

The client is basically looking for an exploration project manager (who should have experience, preferably in West or Central Africa) managing exploration  projects from scratch. He should appropriately be a geoscientist or petroleum engineer and be able to co-ordinate in the first instance, planning for and execution of the exploration project, including the collation of requisite data, negotiating AWP&Bs with authorities and sourcing, contracting and supervising the requisite service providers for aeromagnetic surveys, seismology, etc.
