· Technical specialised certificate with 5 years experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Electrical Supervisor, you should be able to:

* Co-ordinate all electrical maintenance activities to achieve maintenance effectiveness of 90%

* Analyse all the KPI and proposed recommendations to his line Manager

* Participate at the elaboration of maintenance planned

* Execution of the maintenance planned

* Ensure that preventive maintenance is done

* Ensure the quality of maintenance

* Give weekly report of the status of the equipments

* Drive asset care availability and reliability of plants while remaining cost effective

* Coordinate the execution of walkabout the Global Process results

* Follow up the development of your team.

CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:
· Understanding of good engineering practices within specific discipline (e.g. mechanical, chemical, civil or electrical engineering) and relevant routine unit operations

* Standard procedures to sourcing and ordering products and/or services

* Abasic understanding of estimating procedures in using estimates within set parameters

· Understanding of the technical processes within a specific working field in defined parameters
· Ability to use given techniques to collect and present relevant technical data/information on processes or systems

* Knowledge of world class manufacturing techniques & standards.

· Good planning and organisational skills
· Structured problem evaluation & solving skills.
· Experience in establishing framework of standards and compliance systems

You will also need to be:

* Committed to results,

· To apply technical, process, continuous improvement and individual/team development skills to optimise overall brewery improvement and plant performance.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· DUT or HND in appropriate Engineering discipline with 03 (three) years experience/competence in Operations, Maintenance, Process Control and Performance Measurement in a brewery or drinks or food manufacturing environment.
· Ideally have an appropriate qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering or Utilities (as appropriate) and/or a nationally recognised technical qualification
ACCOUNTABILITIES

AsElectrical Shift Technician - Packaging, you should be able to:

· Provide a comprehensive production service on plant and equipment to which they are primarily allocated: operating and cleaning, carrying out maintenance schedules, responding to breakdowns, assessing & monitoring plant performance on an ongoing basis and attending to all other process duties in a timely manner.
· Utilise and apply safe systems of working and pro-actively seek opportunities to improve work environment.
· Deliver best possible plant operation by maximising plant availability and efficiency of operation through execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules. Interface with SAP as appropriate.
· Optimise product quality, through continuous observation and attention to detail, delivering RFT on quality and control parameters. Respond to non-conformances in a timely manner to keep process on track. Apply record & share learning’s to prevent re-occurrence.
· Manage materials, components and spares required by their plant and equipment – includes draw down stock from locally provided “bins” and be accountable for whatever stock is drawn down.
· Demonstrate flexibility in terms of availability, attitude and work practices, and assist colleagues

You will need to have:
· Good time management skills.

* Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.

* Analytical, interpretative and decision making skills within a highly dynamic process environment.

· Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (internal and external)

* Detailed understanding of Permit to Work system and GCSA SHE policies, statutory requirements andresponsibilities.
