S/he will be responsible for a major part of the sub-region, more precisely; Central Africa Republic, Gabon, Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Sao Tome and Principe.
Responsibilities:
Planning
Support the planning of programmes and contributing projects using the Programme Standards to ensure measurable goals and objectives are put in place with clear project-programme inter-linkages that allow roll up of results from projects and national programmes to the GI and regional level.Monitoring
Lead the design and implementation of a monitoring system to track delivery against CARPO/GHoA goals and objectives as defined in the GI strategic plan and other relevant plans (e.g. national work plans)Ensure monitoring data (especially on impact) is incorporated into technical reports

Requirements:
