PURPOSE
· To assist and support the WACA team in administration management in order to contribute in the achievement of their goals.
· To provide the most accurate sales and market data for decision-making and to ensure WACA sales force has the required tools for optimum performance.
· To bring Corporate coordination support for WACA (tax agenda, Water of Life, Counterfeit)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As WACASales and Administrative Assistant, you should be able to:
· Bring administrative support to the GM and to all WACA Sales team
· Work hand in hand with Country Manager and Market Manager to get adequate reports
· Handle Consumers and Customers complaints and to track records
· Plan travel organization and meeting
· Manage and maintain effectively office stationeries and equipments
· Follow up the credit risk analysis with the Country Manager in collaboration with the customer finance;
· Coordinate the recovery of the old debts in liaison with the sales staff;
· Centralize the customers OTC complaints and delivery and make sure they are resolved on time to deliver sales volume;
· Product a periodic commercial activities report;
· Collect and analyse sales and market data on a daily basis and timely
· Handle WACA expense budget (regular update, gap analysis , T&E policy compliance, …)
· Be the communication support and advisor of WACA regions.
· Liaise with other departments across the business regarding activities which need cross-functional engagement / support
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
§ University degree in a business related field preferably accounting/ Finance or Statistics.
§ At least 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment in the sales or finance functions

You will also need to be:
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Able to interact with a diverse client base, sales office counterparts and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
· Bilingual (Basic English & Fluent French)
