No of positions: 01· Provide support to the Marketing Director, be the major point of contact for all administrative, organizational and monitoring matters, as well as the bridge between the Function and internal / external stakeholders· University degree in management and secretariat or related field · Minimum of 4 years work experience in an administrative roleACCOUNTABILITIES
As Marketing Personal Assistant, you should be able to:· Supervise public relations and other services in town, manage Marketing visitors to and from the brewery, hotel accommodation and booking, organize travels, purchase of services in Marketing.· Control all invoices brought in for the Marketing Director’s approval, filling and archiving documents, · Manage Marketing Director’s agenda, scheduled appointments, incoming and outgoing mails, dispatching correspondences, draft replies and translation for the Marketing Director.· Control use of office equipment and maintenance, liaise with training centre for meetings and with Procurement for all type of logistics. Maintain an excellent office environment, manage order of stationery to avoid out-of-stock· Liaise with other departments for cross-functional communication, be the major point of contact with external groups.CAPABILITIES
You will need to have:· Sound ability to produce fresh ideas in order to add value to the team and the business· Inherent capacity to identify and pursue Marketing Director goals in a focused manner· Ability to persuade, influence and build credible relationships in a firmed and polite manner in order to contribute to a high performing team.· Proactive and results oriented mindset· Strong communication skills combined with the ability to influence· Ability to cope with confidential matters· Very good planning and organization ability· Personnel management skills· Clear understanding of company policies and procedures
You will also need to be:· Dynamic and committed · Credible with external and internal partners;· Computer literate (Microsoft office),· Bilingual English / French
